ORDER. Sun Life's Unopposed Motion for Leave to Deposit Funds and Discharge (Doc. #29) is GRANTED. No later than November 21, 2025, Sun Life SHALL DEPOSIT into the Court Registry the death benefits due under the Sun Life Group Life Insurance Policy No. 9573119-001 as stated further in this Order. As provided in this Order, upon deposit of the amount, the Court permanently enjoins Defendants. Accordingly, Sun Life is DISMISSED with prejudice from this action. The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter judgment of interpleader in favor of Sun Life. Defendants shall continue to assert in their action their claims to the policy proceeds. See Order for details.
