ENDORSED ORDER denying Shaffer's #5 #6 motions for reconsideration of the order dismissing his notice of removal and remanding this matter to state court. The Court construes these motions as having been filed under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e) or Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b). Shaffer has not alleged any newly discovered evidence or manifest errors of law or fact to warrant altering or amending the judgment under Rule 59(e). See Arthur v. King, 500 F.3d 1335, 1343 (11th Cir. 2007). Nor has Shaffer shown entitlement to relief under Rule 60(b)(1) or Rule 60(b)(6) based on mistake, inadvertence, surprise, or excusable neglect, or for any other reason. See Kemp v.
