The order warned Plaintiff that his failure to timely comply would "result in the dismissal of this action without further notice." The deadline was subsequently extended 10 to October 22, 2025. To date, Plaintiff has failed to submit an amended complaint, nor has he sought an additional extension of time to do so. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice.
