To the extent Plaintiff seeks disqualification or recusal, "adverse rulings alone do not provide a party with a basis for holding that the court's impartiality is in doubt." United States v. Singletary, 196 F. App'x 819, 820 (11th Cir. 2006) (quoting Byrne v. Nezhat, 261 F.3d 1075, 1103 (11th Cir. 2001)). Plaintiff does not provide any evidence besides these adverse rulings that the undersigned has any personal bias against him, nor has he shown how any alleged personal bias has impacted any rulings.
