ENDORSED ORDER: The notice of removal fails to explain the citizenship of all parties such that it is unclear whether diversity jurisdiction exists. Specifically, the notice (and the underlying complaint) fails to allege the citizenship of any of the parties involved. See 28 U.S.C. 1332; Delome v. Union Barge Line Co., 444 F.2d 225, 233 (5th Cir. 1971) ("Standing alone, an allegation that a party is a resident of a certain state is not a sufficient allegation of his citizenship in that state."). No later than November 28, 2025, the defendant must amend the notice of removal to cure this jurisdictional defect. Further, the defendant failed to file an up-to-date state court docket sheet and copies of each paper docketed in the state court. See 28 U.S.C. 1446; Local Rule 1.06(b). The defendant must file an updated docket sheet and copies of each paper docketed in the state court no later than November 28, 2025. Failure to comply with this order will result in the remand of the action back to the state court. Signed by Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle on 11/21/2025. (GTD)
