ENDORSED ORDER: An earlier order #2 gave Plaintiff until December 29, 2025, to (1) file an amended complaint and (2) either submit a motion to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the filing fee. The order warned Plaintiff that his failure to timely comply would "result in the dismissal of this case without further notice." To date, Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint, nor has he paid the filing fee or submitted a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice.
