The order warned Plaintiff that his failure to timely comply would "result in the dismissal of this case without further notice." To date, Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint, nor has he paid the filing fee or submitted a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice. In addition, within TWENTY-ONE DAYS of the date of this order, Mr. Ponce must either (1) file a fully completed Affidavit of Indigency form or (2) pay the $405.00 filing fee.
