He seeks to avoid this plain arbitration requirement by choosing other language in the agreement that disclaims entitlement to employment tenure and assures "employment at will" status. The documents here, to which Plaintiff agreed, clearly require arbitration. Plaintiff's interpretation of them otherwise is legally meritless. The parties will arbitrate.
