ENDORSED ORDER: Plaintiff's motion (Doc. #10) is denied. To the extent that Plaintiff seeks disqualification of the judges assigned to this case, he has failed to put forth any legitimate basis for disqualification. Plaintiff does not put forth any evidence that the judges have any personal bias against him, nor has he shown how any alleged personal bias has impacted any rulings. He appears to complain about delay, but his case and motion have not been pending for long; there is no unreasonable delay here. To the extent that Plaintiff requests to expedite ruling on his pending motion to proceed without costs (Doc. #2), the motion is denied. This motion and this case will be addressed in the normal course of proceedings. Finally, to the extent Plaintiff seeks "consolidation," he does not point out any other case to consolidate with the instant case, making consolidation wholly inappropriate. Signed by Judge Thomas P. ENDORSED ORDER denying Plaintiff's #8 construed motion for discovery, docket correction, and change of venue. Beginning with Plaintiff's discovery request, Courts in this circuit have found such motions premature where, as here, the plaintiff has a pending motion to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP motion). See, e.g., Lott v. City of Ocala, 2026 WL 201245, at *2 (M.D. Fla. Jan. 27, 2026) (denying a pro se plaintiff's discovery motion prior to the resolution of the plaintiff's IFP motion because the plaintiff "ha[d] yet to establish a viable cause of action") (internal quotation marks and citation omitted); McKinney v. Kemp, 2026 WL 678420, at *5 (M.D. Ga. Mar. 10, 2026) (rejecting a pro se plaintiff's motion for discovery as premature since it was filed before a decision was rendered on the plaintiff's pending IFP motion). Regarding Plaintiff's request that the docket in this matter reflect his jury demand, that request is denied as moot since the docket now evidences that such a demand has been made. As for Plaintiff's change of venue request, Plaintiff is free to "file the case in the venue he desires," especially since Defendants have not yet appeared in the case and no service of process has apparently been effectuated.
