ENDORSED ORDER granting in part and denying in part Plaintiff's #6 Pro Se Request for CM/ECF Electronic Filing Access. The Court denies Plaintiff's request to file documents electronically because Plaintiff fails to establish that he is entitled to an exemption to the general rule that pro se litigants must file paper documents with the Court. See Ogilvie v. Millsaps, 2015 WL 6688343, at *1 (M.D. Fla. Oct. 30, 2015) (observing that a pro se litigant seeking CM/ECF access must "demonstrate[ ] that an exemption [to the general rule] is necessary to avoid unreasonable burdens and to promote access to information"). On the other hand, the Court grants Plaintiff's request to receive documents electronically via CM/ECF. Plaintiff is hereby authorized to receive electronic notification of filings. Plaintiff is advised, however, that the Clerk will no longer mail documents to Plaintiff. Instead, "[a] non-sealed document filed electronically can be viewed for the first time for free from [a] document link within the [notice of electronic filing (NEF)]. The hyperlink expires after the earlier of two events: the first use or [fifteen] days after the NEF is emailed. An [e]-filer must access PACER to view a document after the hyperlink has expired." United States District Court Middle District of Florida, Administrative Procedures for Electronic Filing, at D(2) (Nov. 18, 2025).
