On March 24, 2026, the Court directed Plaintiff to "to file, within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order, a response to Defendant's assertion that Jane Doe is fraudulently joined and should not be considered for diversity jurisdictional assessment." (Dkt. 15) On April 20, 2026, the Court noted that the Plaintiff had not filed a response to Defendant's assertion and the time for doing so had passed. (Dkt. 16) Moreover, the Court advised that "the Court will dismiss Jane Doe as fraudulently joined in this action without further notice unless Plaintiff files a paper, within seven (7) days of the date of this Order, showing cause why Jane Doe should not be dismissed." (Dkt. 16) Plaintiff has not filed a paper showing cause why Jane Doe should not be dismissed, and the time for doing so has passed. Accordingly, Jane Doe is DISMISSED from this case.
