March 2, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER setting evidentiary hearing on Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65 and Local Rule 6.01 (the "Motion"), (Dkt. 6), on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Sam Gibbons United States Courthouse, Tampa, Florida, Courtroom 7A before United States District Judge Mary S.
