ORDER setting evidentiary hearing on Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65 and Local Rule 6.01 (the "Motion"), (Dkt. 6), on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Sam Gibbons United States Courthouse, Tampa, Florida, Courtroom 7A before United States District Judge Mary S. Scriven. The Court has set aside two (2) hours for this hearing. At the hearing, the Parties shall be prepared to discuss a ruling by Judge Sneed on an apparently similar matter in Noto v. Noem, 5:26-cv-00080-JSS-PRL, 2026 WL 309238 (M.D. Fla. Feb. 5, 2026). Plaintiff is DIRECTED to provide notice of the hearing to Defendants on or before Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Plaintiff shall promptly file a certificate of compliance after discharging this obligation. Plaintiff is DIRECTED to file a paper containing a proposed order concerning the Motion on or before Tuesday, March 3, 2026. On or before Thursday, March 5, 2026, Defendants shall file a written response to the Motion and any affidavits or other papers on which they intend to rely. The Parties shall file exhibit lists and witness lists (if any live witnesses will be called at the hearing) on or before Friday, March 6, 2026.
