ENDORSED ORDER: The Court ordered the parties to file a notice of mediation that sets the date and time of the in-person mediation by June 9, 2026. (Doc. #19). Instead of complying with this directive, Plaintiff has filed a "notice of status on mediation," stating that no mediation date has been set and that Plaintiff will file a notice of mediation at some unspecified future time. This is unacceptable. The Court's deadlines are not optional. If a party requires an extension of a deadline set by the Court, that party must file a proper motion for extension of time.
