| Filing 24 CASE MANAGEMENT REPORT. (King, Gregory) |
Filing 23
TEXT ORDER. The Court entered a Civil Action Order governing the procedures to follow in this case. (Doc. #5). That Order directed the parties to file a Uniform Case Management Report using the form on the undersigned's webpage within forty (40) days after any defendant appears in this action. (Id. at 2). On April 20, 2026, the parties filed a Case Management Report (Doc. #21), but that report diverges substantially from the Court's standard Uniform Case Management Report form because the parties failed to agree on specific requested dates for each deadline. Accordingly, the parties Case Management Report (Doc. #21) is STRICKEN. The parties are DIRECTED to file an amended case management report by no later than May 1, 2026, that lists a single requested date for each deadline. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to STRIKE the parties Case Management Report (Doc. #21) and add a notation to the docket text stating that the document was stricken by this Order. Signed by Judge John L. Badalamenti on 4/21/2026. (CAR)
