ENDORSED ORDER: The Court DENIES without prejudice the #2 Motion for a Preliminary Injunction for failure to comply with Local Rules 6.01 and 6.02. The #2 Motion fails to include "a precise description of the conduct...subject to restraint." See Local Rule 6.01(a)(3). A request to enjoin defendants "from continuing violations of the restrictive covenants" does not describe the specific conduct subject to restraint. See Mot. at 1.
