ORDER: Plaintiff Rajesh Lall's #28 Amended Complaint is dismissed without prejudice, with leave to amend within twenty-eight (28) days. Any second amended complaint must not exceed fifty pages, excluding only the caption, the signature, and any attachments. Failure to timely file the same will result in dismissal of this action without further notice. After review of the Amended Complaint, the Court also finds that some of the claims may not be clearly cognizable as currently pleaded. Plaintiff Rajesh Lall is cautioned against frivolous claims, and the Court notes that all claims must be adequately and plausibly alleged to survive the pleadings stage. Plaintiff should further ensure that this action is brought against the correct parties.
