ENDORSED ORDER denying without prejudice Plaintiff's #2 Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (IFP Motion). Section 1915 of Title 28, United States Code, requires that a plaintiff seeking to proceed in forma pauperis furnish a financial affidavit reflecting an inability to pay the court's filing fee, and a statement of the nature of the action showing that he is entitled to redress. See Thomas v. Sec'y of Dep't of Veterans Affairs, 358 F. App'x 115, 116 (11th Cir. 2009) ("[P]roceeding in forma pauperis is a privilege, not a right."). Plaintiff's financial affidavit here is deficient because he does not provide sufficient information regarding the amount of his expenses. Accordingly, no later than April 20, 2026, Plaintiff shall either pay the filing fee or fully complete and file a new IFP motion clarifying all his expenses. Plaintiff is cautioned that a failure to abide by this directive may result in the dismissal of his case. Signed by Magistrate Judge Christopher P. Tuite on 4/6/2026. (TC)
