ENDORSED ORDER. Upon review, the Court finds the Complaint does not comply with Fed. R. Civ. P. 8. Specifically, the Complaint is devoid of sufficient factual allegations to state a claim for relief. "Naked assertions" without other "factual enhancement" are not sufficient to cross the line between "possibility and plausibility of entitlement to relief." Bell A. Corp. v. Twombly, 550 U.S. 544, 557 (2007) (alterations accepted). A complaint must "state its claims... in numbered paragraphs, each limited as far as practicable to a single set of circumstances," and "each claim founded on a separate transaction or occurrence... must be stated in a separate count." Fed. R. Civ. P. 10(b). Rules 8 and 10 "work together to require the pleader to present his claims discretely and succinctly, so that his adversary can discern what he is claiming and frame a responsive pleading, [and] the court can determine which facts support which claims and whether the plaintiff has stated any claims upon which relief can be granted." Fikes v. City of Daphne, 79 F.3d 1079, 1082 (11th Cir. 1996) (internal quotation omitted). Accordingly, Plaintiff's Complaint #1 is DISMISSED, and Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis #2 and Motion to Proceed with Court Date #3 are DENIED AS MOOT. Plaintiff is granted leave to file an Amended Complaint no later than May 8, 2026. Plaintiff is directed to review the Middle District of Florida's Guide for Proceeding Without a Lawyer.
