ENDORSED ORDER denying without prejudice Plaintiff's #2 construed motion to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP motion). Section 1915 of Title 28, United States Code, requires that a plaintiff seeking to proceed in forma pauperis furnish a financial affidavit reflecting an inability to pay the court's filing fee, and a statement of the nature of the action showing that he is entitled to redress. See Thomas v. Sec'y of Dep't of Veterans Affairs, 358 F. App'x 115, 116 (11th Cir. 2009) ("[P]roceeding in forma pauperis is a privilege, not a right."). Plaintiff's filing here is deficient because she does not provide sufficient and legible information regarding the nature and amount of her income and expenses. Accordingly, no later than April 13, 2026, Plaintiff shall either pay the filing fee or fully complete and file a new IFP motion, utilizing the "Long Form" application available on the Court's website at https://www.uscourts.gov/forms/fee-waiver-application-forms/application-proceed-district-court-without-prepaying-fees-or-costs-short-form.
