ENDORSED ORDER: Plaintiff's #1 Complaint is DISMISSED and the #2 Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is DENIED as moot. Plaintiff filed a complaint raising factually related Section 1983 claims against many of the same defendants, including the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. See Diaz v. Rosado, 8:26-cv-00805-KKM-NHA. The action was transferred to the Jacksonville Division, where it was assigned case number 3:26-cv-707-MMH-LLL. That action remains pending, and the plaintiff has moved for various relief there. If Plaintiff seeks to amend his complaint to add new defendants or new claims based on the same core of operative facts, he must seek leave to do so in the transferred action. Efforts to avoid Rule 15 or this Court's orders will not be tolerated. The clerk is directed to ENTER JUDGMENT, which shall read "This case is dismissed without prejudice."
