ENDORSED ORDER: An April 20, 2026, order instructed the plaintiff Michael Camacho to file an amended complaint that complies with Rules 8 and 10, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Doc. #3. However, the amended complaint fails to state the plaintiff's claims in separate counts, making it difficult to understand the nature of his complaint. Doc. #4. The amended complaint also fails to indicate the result of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's ("E.E.O.C.") investigation into the plaintiff's claims. Doc. #4 at 9-10. Thus, no later than June 5, 2026, the plaintiff must file a second amended complaint that complies with Rules 8 and 10, and provides the result and the date of the result E.E.O.C.'s investigation. ORDER directing the pro se plaintiff Michael Camacho to file an amended complaint that complies with Rules 8 and 10, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and this order, no later than May 4, 2026. Failure to file an amended complaint may result in a recommendation that the district judge dismiss Camacho's complaint. Doc. #1.Camacho must also file, no later than May 11, 2026, a summons for each defendant that includes the contents required under Rule 4(a), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. "If the summons is properly completed, the clerk must sign, seal, and issue it to the plaintiff for service on the defendant." Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(b). Once the Clerk issues the summonses, Camacho must serve the defendants in accord with Rule 4(c), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
