ENDORSED ORDER: Plaintiff filed a civil-rights complaint, but he neither paid the filing fee nor moved to proceed in forma pauperis. No later than July 22, 2026, Plaintiff must either (1) file a fully completed Affidavit of Indigency form (if he desires to proceed as a pauper and incur the pauper's filing fee of $350.00) or (2) pay the $405.00 filing fee (if he does not desire to proceed as a pauper). Plaintiff's failure to timely comply with this order will result in the dismissal of this action without further notice. The Clerk is directed to SEND Plaintiff an Affidavit of Indigency form.
