June 2, 2017	Filing 18 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - Pursuant to the fourth sentence in 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), the decision of the Commissioner to deny Plaintiff's application for Social Security benefits is REVERSED and this case is REMANDED f or the ALJ to reconsider the RFC assessment and whether Plaintiff is in fact able to perform sedentary work; reconsider the opinion of Dr. Chodosh and/or refer Plaintiff for a second consultative examination; pose a complete hypothetical question to the vocational expert which accurately and unambiguously includes Plaintiff's functional limitations pertaining to lifting and walking; and conduct further proceedings deemed appropriate.
