ORDER GRANTING #2 LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #2 ) is GRANTED to the extent Plaintiff may proceed with this case without prepaying the entire filing fee. The Clerk of Court is directed to assess Plaintiff an initial partial filing fee in the amount of $6.73 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). Plaintiff must pay the initial partial filing fee within thirty days of the date of this order. A check from a penal institution, a cashiers check, or a money order must be made payable to "Clerk, U.S. District Court." The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order with the appropriate cover letter to: Custodian of Inmate Trust Accounts, Levy County Detention Bureau, 9150 NE 80th Avenue, Bronson, Florida 32621.
