Plaintiff's "Action to Compel Federal Authority be Employed to Remedy Constitutional Deprivations Suffered by Movant DAmico, Caused by State of Florida, its Employee and Agents," ECF Doc. #1 , is DENIED. The clerk shall send Plaintiff: (1) a civil rights complaint form for use by prisoners in actions under 42 U.S.C. 1983; and (2) a complete set of forms needed to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (for prisoners). This case number should be written on the forms. Within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall file either a notice of voluntary dismissal or a complaint that is clearly written and complies with the instructions set forth on the complaint form.
