Roegner, the United States of Ameri ca, Amanda Griffett, Peter Faulk, James Andrews and the City of Pensacola. Plaintiff shall take nothing further by this action and goes without day. (4.) Defendant Unknown ATF Special Agents' 53 Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED without prejudice so that Plaintiff may have an opportunity for discovery. Plaintiff's 41 Motion To Strike is DENIED for reasons stated in Defendant Roegner's response and in light of the instant order.
