ORDER - the court finds that Gulf Power is entitled to a judgmentagainst Coalsales in the amount of $20,527,789, which represents the difference between the contract price of Gulf Power's 2007 cover purchases and the pric e Gulf Power would have paid for the same quantity of coal under the CSA. The clerk of court is directed to enter judgment in Gulf Powers favor in that amount and close the file.
