Filing 8 ORDER DENYING AS MOOT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME, GRANTING IN FORMA PAUPERIS STATUS, AND REQUIRING SERVICE COPIES FROM PLAINTIFF. Plaintiff's motion for extension of time (ECF Doc. #5 ) is DENIED AS MOOT. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF Doc. #7 ) is GRANTED to the extent this case may proceed without prepayment of the entire filing fee. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), Plaintiff shall pay, within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, an initial partial filing fee of $10.16. The clerk shall mail a copy of this order with the appropriate cover letter to: Department of Corrections. Within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, Plaintiff shall provide either (1) nine identical copies of the amended complaint or (2) the funds for the clerk to make these copies for Plaintiff. The clerk is directed to terminate Mark S. Inch, Warden Walker Clemmons and Registered Nurse Joust as defendants in this case, as they are not named in the First Amended Complaint.
