Filing 8 ORDER. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), Plaintiff shall pay, within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, an initial partial filing fee of $1.66. The clerk shall forward to Plaintiff a civil rights complaint form for use by state prisoners in actions under 42 U.S.C. 1983. Within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this order, Plaintiff shall file either a notice of voluntary dismissal of the Warden or an amended complaint. If Plaintiff chooses to dismiss the Warden, then Plaintiff should submit two (2) service copies of his complaint to the Court for service on Defendants Wiley and Beers.
