Filing 9 ORDER. Petitioner's motions to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF Nos. #2 , #5 ) are GRANTED to the extent the case may proceed without prepayment of the filing fee. The clerk of court is directed to modify the docket to reflect that Mark Inch, Secretary of the FDOC, is the sole Respondent in this case. Additionally, the clerk of court is directed to send Petitioner the court-approved habeas petition form for use in 2254 cases, with this case number included on the form.
