Defendants Unopposed Motion to Adopt Stipulation of the Parties to Compel Arbitration and Stay This Proceeding Pending Arbitration, ECF No. #17 , is GRANTED. The Clerk is directed to terminate Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Arbitration, ECF No. #2 , as MOOT. Plaintiff and Defendant Orocon-Carothers JVI are directed to engage in binding arbitration, as required by their agreement. Defendants must file a status report every 120 days informing the Court of the progress of those proceedings and notify the Court within 14 days of a final resolution. This entire action is hereby STAYED pending the conclusion of the arbitration. The stay includes the claims between Plaintiff and Defendant Orocon-Carothers JVI, and the claims between Plaintiff and Hartford and Liberty Mutual.
