ORDER. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF Doc. #8 ) is GRANTED to the extent this case may proceed without prepayment of the entire filing fee. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), Plaintiff shall not be required to pay an initial partial filing fee. However, the total filing fee in this case remains $352.00.
