ORDER GRANTING IN FORMA PAUPERIS STATUS. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF Doc. #7 ) is GRANTED to the extent this case may proceed without prepayment of the entire filing fee. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), Plaintiff shall pay, within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, an initial partial filing fee of $69.77. The clerk shall mail a copy of this order with the appropriate cover letter to: Department of Corrections, 501 South Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2500, Attention: Agency Clerk. The clerk shall refer the amended complaint (ECF Doc. #6 ) to chambers for preliminary screening under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2) upon payment of the initial partial filing fee.( Fee due by 8/16/2021.)
