ORDER granting #6 MOTION to Withdraw as Attorney. Attorney Andrew S. Kwan must promptly provide Defendant Schmidt, a copy of this Order and file a written notice of compliance with the Court. Counsel's notice of compliance must also include Defendant Schmidt's mailing address. Thereafter, Mr. Kwan and the law firm of Pankauski Hauser Lazarus PLLC, are relieved of any further obligation for representation of Defendant Schmidt in this matter. Defendant Schmidt, will be permitted 30 days (9/8/2021) from the entry of this Order to retain substitute counsel. Should counsel fail to appear on behalf of Defendant Schmidt within the allotted time, the Court will assume Defendant Schmidt has elected to proceed pro se.
