February 14, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF Doc. #2 ) is GRANTED to the extent this case may proceed without prepayment of the entire filing fee. The clerk shall assess Plaintiff $29.16 as an initial partial filing fee as provided in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1)(A). The initial partial filing fee is based on the deposits made into Plaintiff's inmate account from August 2, 2021 to January 31, 2022. However, the total filing fee in this case remains $350.00. Plaintiff shall have twenty-one (21) days in which to submit the initial partial filing fee as assessed by the clerk. Pursuant to the Prison Litigation Reform Act of 1995, 28 U.S.C. 1915 (as amended), even though Plaintiff is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis, he must pay the entire $350.00 filing fee in full REGARDLESS OF THE DISPOSITION OF THE DISTRICT COURT CASE (including dismissal). The clerk shall mail a copy of this order with the appropriate cover letter to: The Department of Corrections, 501 South Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2500, Attention: Agency Clerk.(SEE FULL ORDER.)
