ORDER. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF Doc. #4 ) is GRANTED to the extent this case may proceed without prepayment of the entire filing fee. Plaintiff's attached "Motion to Waive Initial Partial Filing Fee (28 U.S.C. 1915(B)(1))" is DENIED. The clerk shall assess Plaintiff $68.06 as an initial partial filing fee as provided in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1)(A). However, the total filing fee in this case remains $350.00. Plaintiff shall have twenty-one (21) days in which to submit the initial partial filing fee as assessed by the clerk.
