Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #2 ) is GRANTED to the extent Plaintiff may proceed with this case without prepaying the entire filing fee. The Clerk of Court is directed to assess Plaintiff an initial partial filing fee in the amount of $32.33 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). The total filing fee for this case is $350.00.
