Plaintiff's second motion to proceed in forma pauperis, ECF Doc. #8 , is GRANTED to the extent this case may proceed without prepayment of the entire filing fee. However, the total filing fee in this case remains $350.00. Pursuant to the Prison Litigation Reform Act of 1995, 28 U.S.C. 1915, even though Plaintiff is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis, he must pay the entire $350.00 filing fee in full REGARDLESS OF THE DISPOSITION OF THE DISTRICT COURT CASE (including dismissal).
