ORDER COMPELLING ARBITRATION AND STAYING THE CASE re #6 Defendants' MOTION to Compel Arbitration. Defendants' motion to compel arbitration is GRANTED, and the parties shall arbitrate their dispute in accordance with the Mutual Arbitration Agreement attached to the motion. See Doc. #6 -1 at 4-7. This case is STAYED pending completion of the arbitration. The parties shall file a status report 6 months from the date of this Order (and every 3 months thereafter) detailing the progress of the arbitration. Within 14 days after the arbitration is completed, the parties shall file a status report indicating whether any further judicial proceedings are necessary and, if not, whether this case can be closed.
