Filing 8 ORDER. The clerk shall send Plaintiff a civil rights complaint form for use by prisoners in actions under 42 U.S.C. 1983. Within seven (7) days, Plaintiff shall file a notice of change of address with the Court if he is no longer at the Escambia County Jail. As a matter of courtesy only, the clerk shall send a copy of this Order and another civil rights complaint form as set forth in paragraph 1 to Plaintiff's address on file with the Jail: 415 Norris Ave., Pensacola, FL 32505. Within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall file either a notice of voluntary dismissal or an amended complaint.
