Within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall submit payment in the amount of $402.00 for the filing fee. Also, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall show cause why he has not filed an amended complaint or notice of voluntary dismissal. Plaintiff shall update his address with the Court upon any changes within seven (7) days of the change by filing a notice of change of address. Plaintiff's failure to timely comply with this Order may result in a recommendation that this case be dismissed for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with an order of the Court.
