ORDER. This case arose out of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and multidistrict litigation (MDL No. 2179, Eastern District of Louisiana) as part of a group known as the "B3 Pleading Bundle." The case was transferred to this Court for discovery and trial, with the issue of punitive damages bifurcated. The parties to this case are directed to confer and file a Joint Rule 26 report to aid the Court in establishing a workable scheduling order going forward.
