Filing 11 ORDER.As a matter of courtesy, the clerk is directed to send this Order to Plaintiff at Blackwater River Correctional Facility, 5914 Jeff Ates Road, Milton, Florida 32583. The clerk, however, shall not change Plaintiffs address on the docket until Plaintiff files a notice of change of address. Plaintiff's motion for extension of time, ECF Doc. #9 , is GRANTED to the extent he shall have until July 28, 2023, to comply with the Court's June 13, 2023, Order, which directed him to: (1) file a typed or clearly written amended complaint that complies with the instructions on the complaint form and does not exceed twenty-five (25) pages; and (2) file either a complete motion to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the $402 filing fee. Plaintiff shall have seven (7) days from the date of this Order to file a notice of change of address informing the Court of his current mailing address.
