ORDER.The Clerk of Court is directed to issue a summons for Defendant I. Ramos. The summons must indicate that Defendant has sixty days in which to file a response to the Complaint. The Clerk must refer the summons, one service copy of the Complaint (Doc. #1 ), and one copy of this order to the USMS. Within thirty days of the date of this order, the USMS must serve a copy of the Complaint, the respective summons, and a copy of this order upon Defendant Ramos.
