ORDER. Plaintiff shall have fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order to show cause why this case should not be dismissed due to his failure to comply with the Court's December 28 Order. Doc. #6 . The Court will discharge this Order to show cause if, within fourteen (14) days, Plaintiff pays the $25.33 initial partial filing fee. Plaintiff shall notify the Court of any changes to his address within seven (7) days of the change by filing a notice of change of address. ORDER. This Order corrects Plaintiff's inmate number and directs the FDOC to remit payments to the Court as they become available until the $350.00 filing fee is paid in full. As funds become available in Plaintiff's inmate account, Plaintiff is required to make monthly payments of twenty (20) percent of the preceding month's income (that is, all funds deposited into his account) in each case he has filed in this Court. The agency having custody of Plaintiff shall forward payments from Plaintiff's account to the clerk on a monthly basis each time the amount in the account exceeds $10.00. These payments shall continue until the filing fee of $350.00 is paid in full in each case The clerk shall mail a copy of this order with the appropriate cover letter to the Department of Corrections.
