Filing 2 ORDER - As an initial matter and consistent with CMO 57, Odierno is required to show cause for why his case should not be dismissed on statute of limitations grounds. Odierno must file his response within 14 days from the date of this Order. Within 30 days from the date of this Order, Odierno must serve on Defense Counsel a signed affidavit providing the following information. (see order).
