Filing 7 ORDER. The Clerk of Court is directed to docket Plaintiff's letter as a motion for extension of time and to modify the docket to reflect his new address. Plaintiff is advised that any future deficient correspondence with the Court will be returned unfiled. He is also advised that he must file a Notice of Change of Address every time his address changes. Plaintiff's motion for extension of time (Doc. #6 ) is GRANTED. The deadline for him to pay the initial partial filing fee of $9.74 is extended to May 20, 2024.
