ORDER. Plaintiff's motion to exceed the 25-page limit for a complaint (Doc. #8 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #10 ) is GRANTED to the extent Plaintiff may proceed with this case without prepaying the entire filing fee. The Clerk of Court is directed to assess Plaintiff an initial partial filing fee in the amount of $8.33 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). The total filing fee for this case is $350.00. Plaintiff must pay the initial partial filing fee within thirty days of the date of this order. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order with the appropriate cover letter to the Florida Department of Corrections. ORDER. Plaintiff's motion to exceed the 25-page limit for a complaint (Doc. #2 ) is DENIED as moot. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #3 ) is DENIED without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff: (1) a motion to proceed in forma pauperis; (2) a Prisoner Consent Form and Financial Certificate approved for use in the Northern District; and (3) a civil rights complaint form for use by prisoners. This case number should be written on the forms. Within thirty days of the date of docketing of this order Plaintiff must either (1) pay the $405.00 filing fee, or (2) file a completed motion to proceed in forma pauperis with the requisite Prisoner Consent Form and Financial Certificate signed by a prison official, and an attached computer printout of all transactions in Plaintiff's inmate account from the preceding six month period. Plaintiff has thirty days from the date of this order to file an amended civil rights complaint combining his allegations from Case No. 3:24cv261 and the instant case. The amended complaint must be typed or legibly handwritten, submitted on the Court-approved form, and marked "Amended Complaint." Alternatively, Plaintiff may file a notice of voluntary dismissal within that time. Plaintiff's failure to comply with an order of the Court will result in a recommendation of dismissal of this case.
