ORDER. Sullivan's letter to the clerk, Doc. #5 , which the Court construes as a motion for extension of time, is GRANTED. The clerk shall send Sullivan: (1) a copy of the Court's September 17 Order, Doc. #3 ; (2) a civil rights complaint form for use by prisoners in actions under 42 U.S.C. 1983; and (3) a complete set of forms needed to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (for prisoners). Sullivan shall have until November 19, 2024, to comply with the September 17 Order by: (1) filing an amended complaint that complies with the instructions set forth on the provided complaint form; and (2) either filing a complete motion to proceed in forma pauperis or paying the $405 filing fee.
