ORDER granting #2 MOTION for Entry of an Order Approving Letter of Undertaking, and Directing Issuance of Monition and Injunction. The Clerk of this Court shall issue a notice advising and admonishing all persons asserting claims for any and all losses, damages, injuries, death, or destruction as a result of the occurrences and happenings recited in the Complaint to (a) file their respective claims with the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Pensacola Division, located at 1 North Palafox Street, Pensacola, Florida 32502, on or before the February 10, 2025, and serve on Petitioners' attorney, Richard J. McAlpin, Esq., of the law firm of McAlpin Florez Marcotte P.A. at his principal office located at 80 S.W. 8th Street, Suite 2805, Miami, Florida 33130, a copy thereof, or be defaulted; and (b) should any claimant desire to contest Petitioners' right to exoneration from or limitation of liability, file and serve on Petitioners' attorney an answer to the Complaint on or before 2/10/2025, unless their claim has included an answer to the Complaint, or be defaulted.
