ORDER. Albritton's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #2 ) is DEFERRED. The clerk shall send Albritton a civil rights complaint form for use in actions under 42 U.S.C. 1983 (for prisoners). This case number and "Amended Complaint" should be written on the complaint form. Within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order, Albritton shall file an amended complaint that complies with the instructions set forth on the provided complaint form. The amended complaint must be typed or clearly written. Within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order, Albritton shall either: (1) pay the $405 filing fee; or (2) submit a printout of the transactions in his inmate trust account for the six months preceding the filing of the complaint. Albritton shall notify the Court of any changes to his address within seven (7) days of the change by filing a notice of change of address.
